Social Services

Social Services are available from Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 2:30 PM in our Social Services Office, formerly known as the 2nd Floor Media Room, on the top floor of the Main Library. Snacks, hygiene products, toiletries, harm reduction supplies, clothing, and more are available. This service is free and confidential. All are welcome and no appointment is needed. Virtual language interpretation services are available, but may be limited.

Social Services at the TCPL officially launched in February 2025, growing from monthly to weekly drop-in community health hours with nurses from Manet Community Health Center into an almost daily recurring service with a dedicated case worker. As of January 2026, social services hours have expanded to 9 AM – 2:30 PM!
