We take pride in the rich history of Quincy, and also look forward with hope and aspiration to an innovative and exciting future. Our mission is to serve equitably, to embrace our community, and to offer education, entertainment, and access to all.
Strategic Plan for FY 2025-2030
The Strategic Plan serves as the Thomas Crane Public Library’s organizational compass, guiding the development of annual action plans and helping to provide exceptional services.
The wide-ranging planning process elicited input from city residents and stakeholders. Library staff facilitated eight public listening sessions with guiding questions about library spaces and services, ran a five week long multilingual community survey, and held focus groups with our community partners and library stakeholders.
