Free Tai Chi Classes with QARI

Tai Chi Classes will be held weekly on MONDAYS from 10:30 AM - 12 PM at the Main Library. Check our Events Calendar for cancelations.

Master K.C. Lee from the QARI Tai Chi Team will lead weekly traditional Chinese Tai Chi classes at the Library. Tai Chi includes slow and intentional movements to improve mental and physical health. Join us to strengthen muscles and increase flexibility through gentle aerobic exercise. All are welcome!

Starting in December 2025, Tai Chi classes will be weekly, every Mondays from 10:30 AM – 12 PM in the Community Meeting Room of the Main Library on 40 Washington St. in Quincy Center. During warmer seasons, classes will be held outdoors on the Olmsted Lawn! No registration required.

Quincy Asian Resources, Inc’s (QARI) mission is to foster and improve the social, cultural, economic and civic lives of immigrants and their families in order to benefit their communities.
