Library Volunteers: We are looking for volunteers to help with re-shelving library materials and other collection maintenance activities. If you are interested in volunteering, please email a completed Volunteer Application to [email protected]
Adult Literacy & ELL/ESOL Volunteer Program: Literacy Volunteers are dedicated, patient, and flexible individuals who maintain a positive learning environment where students can learn and thrive without judgement. Tutoring is a wonderful opportunity to make a real and lasting difference in someone’s life, and to change your own life in unexpected ways. Please email [email protected] for more information.
TEEN Volunteers: Join the Teen Advisory Board (TAB) to gain volunteer hours, meet other teens, and help us decide on events, books, and other teen services! Email [email protected] for more information. Application cycles start and close at the beginning of each school year.
Friends of the TCPL: The Friends of the Thomas Crane Public Library is a 501(c)(3) non-profit volunteer organization dedicated to raising money to pay for public programs, and raising awareness of the library’s vital role in the educational and cultural life of Quincy.
