Literacy Volunteers are dedicated, patient, and flexible individuals who maintain a positive learning environment where students can learn and thrive without judgement. Tutoring is a wonderful opportunity to make a real and lasting difference in someone’s life, and to change your own life in unexpected ways. Please email [email protected] for more information.
Teen Volunteers
Teens interested in volunteering can apply to join TAB, or to become a shelver. With materials constantly going out and coming back in, our shelvers play a crucial role in helping us put items back on the shelves so they can be enjoyed by other library users.
Join the Teen Advisory Board (TAB) to gain volunteer hours, meet other teens, and help us decide on events, books, and other teen services! Fill out a Teen Volunteer Application form and email it to [email protected]. Application cycles start and close at the beginning of each school year.
