Summer Reading 2026
Summer Reading at TCPL takes place June 27 through August 31, with activities, events, and prizes for every reader. Summer Reading is a national public library event that challenges all ages to read for fun all summer long. Sign up in person at any TCPL location, or participate with us online using Beanstack. Let’s grow together this summer!
Join a Summer Reading Challenge
Summer Reading is open to all ages. We have challenges and programs for kids, teens, and adults.
Kids
Read & Bead
Stop by the Main Library Children’s room to pick up a brag tag and chain. Record your reading on the activity sheet, or online using Beanstack. For every hour that you read, collect new beads to add to your chain!
Teens
Teen Challenges
Pick up a challenge card at any TCPL location, and win a small prize and an entry into our end of summer Teen raffle for every completed challenge. Visit the Main Library to choose your prizes from the prize bucket!
Adults
Summer Bingo
Bingo sheets are available at any TCPL Location, or you can participate digitally with our online bingo on Beanstack. Earn prizes, including stickers, vouchers to local attractions, & entries into our end of summer raffle with every completed BINGO!
